Dimitris Kallias is a Civil Engineer with over 15 years of international experience in construction management, structural engineering, and project delivery. As Founder of The Arde Studio, he leads the technical direction, construction strategy, and on-site execution across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

Educated in the United Kingdom, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a Master’s degree in Earthquake Engineering from Imperial College London. His professional experience spans Greece and the UK, with involvement in complex private developments, large-scale residential projects, and high-end renovations.

Dimitris approaches each project with a construction-driven mindset, grounded in technical precision, cost and time control, and a deep understanding of materials and building processes. Working within a fully integrated design–build framework, he ensures that architectural intent is translated into built form with accuracy, quality, and long-term performance.
