Set within the vibrant context of central Thessaloniki, the design explores spatial layering and sensorial contrast to cultivate a unique architectural identity.

Spatial planning prioritizes fluid circulation and visual connection. The layout orchestrates a rhythmic sequence of interior moments, encouraging occupants to move through layered environments that alternately reveal moments of intimacy and social activation. Contrasts between warm, inviting surfaces and more industrial, refined details produce a dynamic yet balanced interior language. This is further amplified by nuanced gestures in detailing—where clean contemporary lines meet subtle, handcrafted accents—allowing the design to maintain both coherence and visual interest.
