Darya-J Hotel, a project by Ariadni Parisi, is participating in the 100% Hotel Design Awards 2026 and is also competing for the People’s Choice Award.
Located in Athens, the project approaches contemporary hospitality through principles inspired by Japanese aesthetics. Clean lines, materiality, and the careful use of light shape a calm architectural experience within the dense urban fabric.
A defining feature of the design is the building’s metal façade, inspired by traditional shoji screens. Acting as a filter for both light and privacy, the façade continuously transforms the appearance of the building throughout the day.
How to Vote
Voting for the People’s Choice Award at the 100% Hotel Design Awards takes place through the official 100% Hotel Show platform. Each visitor is invited to select their three favorite entries.
