Inspired by the Mediterranean architecture of Afitos and the timeless elegance of the Côte d’Azur and the Italian Riviera, the project envisions a boutique hotel that balances heritage with contemporary sophistication. The architectural language is expressed through earthy and terracotta tones, ceramic tile flooring, and stone cornice detailing that frames the openings, complemented by green and blue shutters that evoke the coastal palette.
Classic design elements drawn from historic mansion villas are subtly reinterpreted and integrated with clean, contemporary furniture to create a harmonious dialogue between past and present. Natural materials, along with linen and cotton textures, enhance the atmosphere of lightness, comfort, and understated luxury. The overall concept blends retro charm with modern chic, delivering a refined Mediterranean identity that feels both authentic and effortlessly elegant.
