Conceived as a refined all-day destination, One Coffee Bar in Thessaloniki combines industrial character with material sophistication. The space is designed to function seamlessly from morning coffee rituals to late-night social gatherings.

The interior is defined by openness, volume, and a strong architectural identity. A key feature of the project is its generous ceiling height, which enhances the sense of space and freedom.

Exposed waffle and chiller slabs are left visible, revealing the structural logic of the building. This raw industrial expression adds authenticity and emphasizes the vertical scale of the interior.

Material selection plays a central role in shaping the atmosphere. Exposed brick walls introduce warmth and texture, while marble surfaces and brass details add refinement and contrast. A herringbone timber floor anchors the space and brings visual balance to the composition.

Together, these materials create an interior that feels both industrial and elegant, strong yet welcoming.

Large glass panels define the boundaries of the bar and create a strong connection between interior and exterior. Framed in black aluminum, they act as transparent thresholds that extend the activity of the space into the street.

Integrated timber benches along the windows add functional seating and transform transitional zones into active social areas. This strengthens the inclusive and urban character of the bar.

Lighting plays a key role in the experience. Natural light fills the space during the day, highlighting textures and materials. In the evening, artificial lighting enhances depth and creates a warm, atmospheric environment.
