Located at Apollonos 34 in the historic heart of Plaka, Master Plaka Athens introduces a contemporary residential experience within one of the city’s most culturally rich and atmospheric neighbourhoods. Moreover, the project sits at the foothills of the Acropolis, where it engages with a dense urban fabric shaped by narrow cobblestone streets, neoclassical architecture, and the vibrant rhythm of everyday Athenian life. As a result, the development responds sensitively to its context, offering a refined balance between heritage character and modern living.
Furthermore, the architectural approach emphasizes clarity, restraint, and spatial efficiency. As a result, the building integrate seamlessly into its historic surroundings while expressing a contemporary identity. Carefully calibrated openings enhance daylight penetration and visual connection with the urban landscape, reinforcing a strong relationship between interior spaces and the city beyond.
The project comprises fourteen apartments, each designed to offer a calm and comfortable living environment within the dynamic city centre. The interiors adopt a modern minimalist language, characterized by clean lines, neutral colour palettes, and thoughtfully curated furnishings that promote visual clarity and spatial harmony. Consequently, natural light, balanced proportions, and consistent material choices create a serene atmosphere, transforming each residence into a refined urban retreat for residents and visitors alike.
Ultimately, Master Plaka Athens embodies a contemporary interpretation of urban living with understated elegance and functional comfort. The project creates a strong sense of place, reflecting the historic identity of Athens.
