The renovation transforms an existing hotel into a contemporary cultural hub, where architecture, music, and social interaction converge. Music drives the design—not as a theme, but as an immersive spatial narrative—woven through vinyl records, turntables, bespoke lighting, graphics, and curated artworks that foster encounter, expression, and improvisation.
The façade unfolds in rhythm and repetition, like a musical score, with vertical elements, integrated planting, and architectural lighting creating a calm yet dynamic urban presence. The basement accommodates all auxiliary functions, including WC facilities, mechanical rooms, storage areas, laundry, and a flexible multi-use space. In the ground floor, the lobby-reception-bar area unfolds as an urban living room. A contemporary retro aesthetic, enhanced by scenographic gestures and adaptive lighting, animates the lobby and communal spaces. The mezzanine hosts the breakfast area, while levels one through seven accommodate a total of 48 guestrooms, including double and triple rooms and suites.
A palette of muted, deep tones—greens, terracotta, browns, ochres, and dark blues—combined with materials such as wood, metal, exposed concrete, and textured fabrics, create a calm yet characterful environment.
The hotel is conceived as a living cultural organism—an architecture in constant dialogue with art, sound, and urban life.
