Conceived as a refined all-day destination, One Coffee Bar introduces a bold yet welcoming interior that fuses industrial character with material sophistication. Designed to operate seamlessly from morning coffee rituals to late-night social gatherings, the space is defined by openness, volume, and a strong architectural identity.
A defining feature of the project is its generous ceiling height. Exposed waffle and chiller slabs are left visible, emphasizing the raw structural logic of the building and allowing visitors to fully experience the impressive vertical volume. This industrial expression establishes a sense of grandeur and spatial freedom, setting the tone for the overall interior atmosphere.
Materiality is carefully curated to balance robustness with elegance. Exposed brick walls introduce texture and warmth, while marble surfaces and brass detailing add refinement and visual contrast. A flawlessly executed herringbone timber floor anchors the space, unifying the composition and providing a tactile counterpoint to the harder industrial elements. Together, these materials create an interior that feels both powerful and inviting.
Large glass panels define the thresholds of the bar, forging a strong visual and physical connection between interior and exterior. Framed in black aluminum, these openings act as transparent boundaries that extend the life of the space beyond its walls. Integrated timber benches along their lower edges provide additional seating, transforming transitional zones into active social areas and reinforcing the bar’s inclusive, urban character.
