This contemporary contemporary residential building establishes a strong urban presence through a clear composition of horizontal slabs and recessed balconies. The design creates rhythm, depth, and privacy while maintaining a light and balanced architectural expression. The building integrates naturally into its dense urban context while preserving a distinct architectural identity.

The façade is organized through projecting frames and layered terraces. These elements function as both sun-shading devices and extensions of the interior spaces.

Large openings and extensive glazing increase natural light and improve visual continuity between inside and outside. This creates bright and comfortable living environments.

Environmental performance is supported through passive shading strategies, cross-ventilation opportunities, and optimized orientation, reducing energy demand while improving indoor comfort. The overall architectural approach combines functional efficiency, spatial quality, and contemporary expression, positioning the building as a refined urban living environment.

The material palette combines light architectural volumes with warm-textured cladding. This contrast adds visual depth while ensuring durability and warmth.

Integrated lighting highlights the façade geometry during the evening, giving the building a calm and refined presence within the urban landscape.

At ground level, the building is elevated on pilotis. This creates openness, permeability, and natural airflow.

The design activates the street edge with planted areas and sheltered pedestrian circulation. The corner condition enhances visibility and strengthens the building’s urban identity.

The building incorporates passive design strategies, including natural shading, cross ventilation, and optimal orientation.

These strategies reduce energy consumption and improve indoor comfort throughout the year.
