Palm Suites Hotel

Situated in Pefkochori, Palm Suites Hotel is conceived as a calm hospitality retreat that draws from the spatial language of island resorts while remaining firmly embedded in its coastal context. The hotel unfolds across four levels, offering an oasis where architecture fosters relaxation, autonomy, and a close relationship with nature.

The building accommodates a wide range of room typologies, from compact units for two guests to larger apartments for up to six people, some incorporating mezzanines. As a result, this diversity of layouts allows the project to respond flexibly to different modes of stay, from short vacations to extended holidays. Spatial organization emphasizes comfort and ease of use, ensuring that each unit functions as an independent living environment.

A warm, tactile palette defines the interior design. Fabrics, timber surfaces, and bright yet balanced colors shape an atmosphere of cosiness and visual lightness. Rather than adopting a literal resort aesthetic, the design abstracts familiar island references into contemporary interiors that feel relaxed, informal, and timeless. Furthermore, natural textures and soft finishes reinforce a sense of calm, allowing spaces to feel welcoming without excess.

Each room is fully equipped with its own kitchen and electrical appliances, enabling complete autonomy and supporting a more personal, residential style of hospitality. Palm Suites Hotel emerges as a thoughtfully designed coastal retreat—where flexibility, material warmth, and a strong sense of place combine to create an intimate and restorative guest experience.

Finally, a shared terrace acts as a social and visual focal point for the hotel. From this elevated platform, guests can enjoy expansive views toward the sea, the surrounding hills, and the town of Pefkochori.
