Danaidon Boutique Hotel is a contemporary boutique hotel located in the urban fabric of Thessaloniki. The project is developed across five stories and reflects a compact approach to modern city living.
Concept
The hotel includes twelve fully equipped apartments. Each unit is 28 square meters and functions as an autonomous micro-dwelling. The design focuses on efficiency, comfort, and clarity.
The layout is carefully organized to maximize space. Circulation is simple and intuitive, creating a sense of ease and order.
Each apartment integrates:
- a kitchen
- a living area
- a bedroom
- a bathroom

Architectural Approach
The project is driven by principles of urban living. The design balances functionality with atmosphere, transforming small spaces into comfortable and well-defined environments.

Materials & Interior Design
The material palette is minimal and intentional:
- brick walls add texture and permanence
- timber flooring introduces warmth
- white furniture enhances lightness
Grey and white textiles soften the interiors and create a calm, neutral environment.

Lighting
Lighting is mainly indirect. Concealed light sources highlight materials and enhance spatial depth. The atmosphere remains relaxed and understated.

Identity
Danaidon Boutique Hotel is a refined example of small-scale hospitality architecture. It combines practical planning, honest materials, and a contemporary urban identity.
