Anastasios Maroudas is an architect engineer with more than 35 years of professional experience in architectural design, construction management, restoration of heritage buildings, and technical consulting.

His expertise spans the restoration and conservation of traditional buildings and settlements, industrial and commercial buildings, healthcare and sports facilities, infrastructure works, and specialized technical projects. Alongside private practice, he has served as a technical consultant for major construction and industrial companies, a certified inspector of hospitality facilities, and a lecturer in architectural technology and building materials.

He holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Florence (Italy) and a postgraduate specialization in the restoration and maintenance of traditional architecture.
