Located on Themistokli Sofouli Avenue in Thessaloniki, this project involves the complete renovation of a residential apartment, designed with a contemporary interior architecture approach that combines warmth, functionality, and material depth.
The design follows a cohesive architectural narrative, where wood, textured surfaces, and soft lighting create a calm and refined living environment. The focus is on simplicity, spatial clarity, and a consistent visual identity throughout the apartment.Custom-designed elements such as built-in storage, wall paneling, and bespoke furniture enhance functionality while maintaining a clean and unified aesthetic.
Living Area Design
The living space is organized around a central seating composition that emphasizes comfort and proportion. A fireplace feature wall and concealed lighting add depth and highlight the architectural geometry of the room.
Bedrooms Design
The bedrooms introduce softer design elements, including curved forms, warm textures, and indirect lighting. The result is a calm and intimate atmosphere with a strong focus on comfort and relaxation.
Kitchen Design
The kitchen adopts a more architectural approach, combining dark natural materials with clean lines and integrated lighting. It functions as a strong focal point within the open-plan layout.
Open-Plan Living Layout
A key feature of the apartment is the open-plan living area, where kitchen, dining, and living spaces are seamlessly integrated into a single unified zone. Large openings allow natural light and sea views to flow through the interior.
The layout clearly separates private and communal areas, with the master bedroom located on one side and additional bedrooms on the other, ensuring both privacy and functional balance.
