Located along the seafront of Thessaloniki, the Observatory Apartment is a luxurious urban residence defined by its direct relationship with the sea. The design explores the balance between modern and traditional architectural languages within a unified living environment.

The living spaces are designed to fully embrace the panoramic coastal views. White marble flooring forms a bright and reflective base, enhancing natural light throughout the interior.
